30ml SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
30ml Bourbon
2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
200ml Pear Juice
Garnish: A Lemon Wedge and Fresh Mint


  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey, bourbon and the peychaud bitters over the ice.
  3. Top with the pear juice and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
